All creative tools in Nuso AI Studio are powered by Google's Gemini Vision API — the same multimodal AI used in Google's consumer products. You bring your own Gemini API key, so you pay Google directly at their published rates and there are no Nuso markups on generation costs. Typically, a background removal costs less than £0.01 and a full studio image generation costs under £0.05.

The Generate Ads tool outputs creatives at all standard platform dimensions: 1:1 square (Meta feed), 4:5 portrait (Meta/Instagram), 9:16 vertical (TikTok, Instagram Stories, YouTube Shorts), 1.91:1 landscape (Facebook, Google Display), and 1200×628 (Google/LinkedIn). Each creative includes the product image, AI-generated headline, body copy, and a CTA — all in one click. You can run three variants per generation to A/B test.

Yes. Nuso AI Studio is used by Shopify brands across fashion, beauty, homeware, food & drink, jewellery, electronics, and health products. The background removal and studio image tools perform especially well on products with defined edges. For highly reflective or transparent products (glass bottles, crystal), results are best when you provide a clean original photo with consistent lighting. The product swap and flat lay tools work best with lifestyle and fashion products.

The flat lay tool creates overhead editorial-style compositions of your products alongside AI-selected complementary props and backgrounds. You upload one or more product images, describe the aesthetic you want (e.g. "minimalist, cream linen background, fresh flowers"), and Gemini arranges the scene. It's particularly popular with fashion, beauty, skincare and gift brands who want Instagram-quality editorial content without a photographer or stylist. Each run produces a high-resolution JPEG you can publish directly to social media or use in email campaigns.

Our Ad Copy tool generates platform-native copy by analysing your product title, description, and selected tone of voice. It understands the character limits and formats of Google Ads (30-char headlines, 90-char descriptions), Meta primary text, and TikTok captions. Most users find the output production-ready 70% of the time and use it as a strong starting draft otherwise. You have five tone options per run — Bold, Luxe, Playful, Minimal, and Direct — and can generate five variants to pick from.

The key difference is integration. PhotoRoom and Canva are standalone tools — you export your Shopify product images, upload them, generate creatives, download, and then manually upload to your ad platforms. Nuso AI Studio is embedded directly inside your Shopify analytics dashboard. Your product catalogue is already loaded, generation results are stored against your product records, and you can move seamlessly from reviewing sales performance to generating new creatives for your top-performing SKUs. There's no context-switching between tools.

Batch background removal is available on all plans. You can select up to 50 products from your Shopify catalogue and remove backgrounds in a single run. Studio image generation, flat lay, and ad generation currently run one product at a time, but allow you to generate multiple variants per run (up to 4 studio images or 5 ad variants per generation). Batch generation for studio images is on the product roadmap for Q3 2026.
