No — monthly credit subscription credits reset each billing cycle with no rollover. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. One-off top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. If you consistently run out of credits before your cycle ends, we recommend upgrading to the next tier for a better per-credit rate.

Your trial lasts 30 days or until your 25 free trial credits are used up — whichever comes first. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using Nuso. Your data is safely retained, and you can pick up exactly where you left off by choosing a seat plan.

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your credit tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also purchase one-off top-up packs if you need a boost without changing your tier.

Each digital worker has a £5/month access fee (or £25/month for all six). When a worker executes a task — running an analysis, generating a report, or monitoring a metric — it consumes credits from your credit balance. Simple tasks cost ~1 credit, complex analyses cost 1–2 credits. Workers automatically pause when your credit balance reaches zero and resume when you top up.

Each MMM model run costs 50 credits. At the Starter tier (£0.10/credit), that's £5.00 per run. At the Scale tier (£0.054/credit), it's just £2.70 per run. You can run models using PyMC (Bayesian), Meridian (Google), or Robyn (Meta) frameworks. For comparison, dedicated MMM agencies typically charge £5,000–50,000 per project.

Monthly seat subscriptions and credit tiers can be cancelled at any time — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual seat plans lock in your seat quantity for the year; you can add seats mid-year (prorated) but removals take effect at renewal. Workers can be cancelled any time with immediate effect. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
