MMM uses statistical regression to decompose your revenue into contributions from each marketing channel, accounting for seasonality, baseline sales, and carryover effects. In Nuso you upload a CSV of your weekly/daily spend and revenue data, map each column to a channel, and run one of four model frameworks: OLS (fast, interpretable), Bayesian PyMC (uncertainty quantification), Meridian (Google's framework), or Robyn (Meta's open-source model). The output includes contribution charts, saturation curves per channel, and an optimal budget allocation recommendation.

No. Nuso is designed for brand owners, marketers, and operators — not data scientists. The analytics dashboards, attribution, and AI Studio tools require zero technical knowledge. For MMM, we've built a guided wizard that walks you through data upload and channel mapping — the modelling runs automatically. If you want to go deeper, the developer console exposes full model logs. But you don't need to touch any code.

Nuso currently supports Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads. These connect via OAuth — no manual exports needed. Spend, impressions, clicks, and attributed revenue all flow in automatically. Additional platform connectors (Pinterest, Snapchat) are on the roadmap and will be available to annual subscribers first.

Yes. Nuso is built multi-tenant from the ground up. You can connect multiple Shopify stores and switch between them from the top navigation. Each store has its own isolated data, users, and settings. The pricing is per organisation (your team), not per store — so you can add as many stores as you run without paying extra.

After your 14-day free trial, billing starts on the date you provide a payment method. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month. Annual plans bill once upfront. AI credit add-ons are billed monthly regardless of your base plan. All prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address. Invoices are emailed automatically and accessible in your account settings.

AI credits are consumed by the AI Studio tools that call generative AI models: Remove Background, Studio Images (lifestyle/studio shot generation), Generate Ads, Product Swap, and Flat Lay. Each operation costs between 1–5 credits depending on complexity. Ad Copy generation uses a text model and does not consume credits. You can see your credit balance and usage history in your account dashboard at any time.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds, no fees. Annual plans can also be cancelled, though we don't offer pro-rata refunds for the remaining months. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term and want a refund, contact us and we'll look at it case by case. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you'd like to reactivate.
