Nuso ships with 31 pre-built report templates covering every major area of your Shopify business. These include best sellers by revenue and units, sales analytics with day-of-week and hour-of-day breakdowns, customer acquisition and retention reports, product catalogue performance with variant-level detail, refund and discount analysis, date-range comparison reports, and marketing channel attribution summaries. Each template is ready to use immediately after connecting your Shopify store — no configuration required. You can also duplicate any template and customise it to create your own version.
The report builder gives you a blank canvas where you can add, remove and rearrange widgets to create the exact report your business needs. Choose from KPI cards, line charts, bar charts, pie charts, data tables, and text blocks. Each widget connects to your live Shopify data and updates automatically. You can resize widgets by dragging their edges, reorder them by dragging their headers, and configure each one with filters, date ranges, and comparison periods. Once you are happy with the layout, save it as a reusable template that your entire team can access.
Yes. Any report — whether pre-built or custom — can be scheduled for automated email delivery on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. You choose the delivery time, timezone, and format (PDF attachment or inline HTML). Add as many recipients as you need, including external email addresses for clients, investors, or agency partners. Scheduled reports pull the latest data at the time of delivery, so every email contains a fresh snapshot of your store's performance. You can pause, edit, or delete schedules at any time from the Reports settings page.
Nuso supports three export formats for every report. PDF exports produce a polished, print-ready document with your charts, tables, and KPIs laid out exactly as they appear on screen — ideal for board meetings, investor updates, and client presentations. CSV exports give you the raw underlying data in a spreadsheet-friendly format that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or import into other tools. Share links generate a unique URL for the report that you can send to anyone, with optional password protection and expiry dates for sensitive data.
Every report in Nuso supports side-by-side date range comparison. Select any two periods — last 7 days vs the previous 7 days, this month vs last month, or any custom date range — and every metric in the report will show both the current value and the percentage change. This makes it simple to spot trends, measure the impact of a promotion, or track week-over-week growth. Common presets like WoW, MoM, and YoY are available with one click, and custom ranges let you compare any two arbitrary periods down to the day.
Absolutely. Every report can be shared with other members of your organisation by inviting them via email. You control access levels — set someone as a Viewer so they can see the report but not modify it, or grant Editor access so they can adjust widgets, filters, and date ranges. Shared reports update in real time, so everyone on your team sees the same source of truth. For external stakeholders who do not have a Nuso account, you can generate a shareable link with optional password protection.
If your organisation has multiple Shopify stores connected to Nuso, you can create reports that pull data from any individual store. Multi-store aggregated reports — combining revenue, orders, and customer data across all stores into a single view — are on the product roadmap. In the meantime, you can create identical report templates for each store and schedule them to arrive in the same email digest, giving you a consistent side-by-side comparison across your brand portfolio.
