You configure monitoring tasks for each worker — or use our library of pre-built templates. Workers run on your chosen schedule — hourly, daily, or weekly — checking your Shopify data against the thresholds and rules you define. When a threshold is breached or an insight is detected, the worker sends you an alert via your preferred channel.
Workers use AI credits from your Nuso plan. Background checks — simple threshold monitoring like "alert me if revenue drops 20%" — use just 0.1 credits per check. Deeper analysis tasks that involve AI-generated summaries, forecasting, or multi-metric comparisons use 0.5–5 credits depending on the complexity. You have full control over how many tasks run and how often.
Yes. Every monitoring task has configurable parameters — thresholds, comparison periods, schedule frequency, and alert channels. You can also create entirely custom tasks by chatting with a worker in natural language. Tell it what to monitor, how often to check, and what constitutes an alert — the worker will set it up for you.
Digital Workers support two alert channels: in-app notifications (a badge on the bell icon inside your Nuso dashboard) and email via your configured address. You can choose per-task which channels to use — some alerts may warrant an email, while others are fine as in-app notifications only.
